We, the Anishnaabe people of Kettle and Stony Point First Nation, will for the first time in our history, harness today’s technology to work for us: In telling our stories, speaking our languages, delivering our news, sharing our views, supporting and promoting our own talented writers, storytellers, composers and musicians.

Services:

The Eagle represents the Anishnaabe people of Kettle & Stony Point First Nation as they use today’s technology to share their stories, speak their language, deliver the news, weather, etc., for all the benefit of the listening audience. We play a unique mix of contemporary country, classic rock n’ roll and blues music, with an emphasis on local and Native musicians.

Point’s Eagle Radio serves its’ community and businesses by announcing local news and announcements specific to community. Public service announcements and events as well.

About the Eagle

THE EAGLE is Kettle & Stony Point First Nation and surrounding areas. The only locally owned, operated, and programmed all-format radio station. The station is owned by the Points Eagle Radio Corporation and Licensed by the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission. Point’s Eagle Radio CKTI 107.7 FM is celebrating ten years on-air this year (2013).
